By booking tickets through the website https://www.culturehouse.org.uk/ you are entering into an agreement with Culture House on the terms set out in this statement.

Tickets are only valid for the number of tickets, date and time originally booked. Tickets are single use and can not be reused, a new booking would need to be made
for future visits. The person booking tickets is responsible for checking if all the tickets are correct.

We cannot take responsibility for any tickets that are lost, stolen or damaged. Replacement tickets will be issued on a case by case basis We reserve the right at our discretion to alter our advertised arrangements for events, attractions and exhibitions, and to cancel any time slot or event or attraction or exhibition without notice. If this occurs and you have purchased a ticket we will where possible offer you an exchange or refund of your ticket(s).

All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£). All prices quoted are correct at the time of publication and where appropriate include UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, tickets are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse admission.
